In order to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the faculty and staff, use excellent movies to enlighten the mind, inspire fighting spirit, further inherit the red gene, and deepen patriotic feelings, on October 12, the trade union of Limerick International College organized a movie viewing activity, and all the faculty and staff watched the patriotic film "Volunteer Army: The War of Survival".
As the second part of the film "Volunteer Army" trilogy, "Volunteer Army: The Battle for Survival" focuses on the battle for survival in the fifth battle of the War against the United States and Aid Korea - the Battle of Cheolwon. The film panorama shows the Chinese People's Volunteer Army 63rd Army 25,000 soldiers with the power of faith in the Tieyuan battlefield and nearly 50,000 "United Nations Army" bloody battle 12 days and nights, in the Tieyuan battlefield to build an unbreakable iron Great Wall. The film shows the amazing combat effectiveness of the Chinese volunteers, and highlights their noble spirit of sacrificing everything for the interests of the motherland and the people. Everyone was completely immersed in the film, as if they were in the battlefield, and experienced the difficult and great years with the volunteers.
This activity further enriched the spare time cultural life of the faculty and staff of the college, and created a good atmosphere for officers. The College will continue to lead and inspire the faculty and staff to carry forward the spirit of struggle of the ancestors, actively participate in the cause of international education, and better contribute to the creation of the school "double first-class".
