This network news (correspondent Wang Tianqi) On the afternoon of June 26, our school jointly with Thailand's Royal University of Phuket and Thailand's Phuket Martial Arts School held a Chinese Tai Chi cultural Festival in Phuket, Thailand. More than 50 students and teachers from the Royal Phuket University of Thailand and local Chinese and Tai chi enthusiasts in Phuket attended the event.

At the cultural festival, teachers from Phuket Martial Arts School gave a lecture entitled "Tai Chi and Chinese Culture" to the students, introducing Tai Chi from three aspects: the development of Tai Chi, Tai Chi culture and Tai Chi's benefits to the body. Afterwards, teachers from Phuket Martial Arts School and Tai chi instructors from Chile gave a tai Chi demonstration and led the students to experience the charm of Tai Chi. The staff of the International Office of Henan Polytechnic University participated in the whole activity online.

This Thai Chinese Tai Chi Cultural Festival is a concrete measure of our school to actively respond to the initiative of the China-Asean Cultural Year in 2024, which will further promote the promotion of "International Chinese + Tai Chi" in Thailand, help further build the brand of "International Chinese + Tai Chi" in our school for people-to-people exchange between China and other countries, and lay a foundation for our school to carry out relevant cooperation with Thai universities in the future.
