In celebration of the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival, and with the aim of promoting the fine traditions of Chinese culture, strengthening the bonds between Chinese and international faculty, and fostering a warm and harmonious working atmosphere, Limerick International Academy held a Mid-Autumn themed tea party — under the theme"Bright Moon Convey Elegance, China and Ireland Share Reunion"— in Conference Room 207. All Chinese and international faculty and staff gathered together to celebrate the festival and renew their friendship. The tea party was hosted by Zhang Changsen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean of the Academy.

The atmosphere was warm and elegant, filled with festive cheer. Chinese and international teachers sat together in lively conversation — exchanging friendship, sharing reflections on their work, and swapping stories from daily life — while experiencing the cultural essence of the Mid-Autumn Festival, a time when the full moon symbolizes family reunion, and savoring the unique charm of traditional Chinese culture. Dean Zhang extended his sincere Mid-Autumn greetings to all faculty and staff, thanked them for their long-standing dedication to Sino-Irish cooperative education, teaching, and talent cultivation, and encouraged Chinese and international teachers to continue pooling their efforts, working hand in hand, and deepening cultural exchange and educational cooperation.

This Mid-Autumn tea party not only offered international teachers a profound experience of the festival's reunion culture, but also brought Chinese and international faculty and staff closer together, further strengthening team cohesion and injecting warm momentum into the Academy's Sino-Irish cooperative education mission.
